Qualifications

• University degree (or equivalent) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Experience using SAP, APEX or other enterprise systems and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Active, transferable U.S. government Secret clearance required prior to start date.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Preferred experience: FAR/DFARS or other government procurement regulations; process, project, or tactical management within a single work area; ability to work effectively with coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Support Engineering Product Team Leads, Control Account Managers, and Program Leads with EV inputs, BCRs, and EVMS process inputs.
• Develop estimates at EAC and LRE levels quarterly and monthly, including cost, risk, and opportunity assessment.
• Perform earned‑value and financial analyses to verify baseline, schedule, and forecast positions; prepare forecasts, monitor costs, and document variances.
• Facilitate EAC/LRE development, monthly variance reporting, and weekly cost and labor run analysis using APEX/SAP EV, IMS, and PMX.
