Job summary

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED required.
• Associate/Bachelor’s degree preferred in a relevant discipline.
• 4+ years warehousing experience (GMP preferred).
• Experience with SAP, MES or similar ERP systems.
• CPIM/CSCP/CLTD certification preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data recording.
• Knowledge of cGMP/pharmaceutical regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle material receipt and shipments per schedule.
• Maintain safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Keep a safe work environment in material operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Identify changes needed in documentation and equipment for continuous improvement.
• Support readiness for receipt, inspection and start of processing for patient material.
• Coordinate packing and shipping to domestic and international markets, including hazardous materials.
