Job summary

Germer International is seeking a Warehouse/Logistics Associate in Pennsylvania to support receiving, inventory management, and delivery of materials to end users. This role collaborates with Supply Chain teams to ensure accurate receipt and processing of materials in support of cGMP compliance.

The successful candidate will perform inventory transactions, maintain documentation, and help maintain warehouse readiness, while applying lean principles to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 6 months warehouse or logistics experience.
• cGMP experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and process inbound material deliveries with accurate documentation.
• Handle, store, and deliver materials and equipment for operational use.
• Record inventory transactions in management systems for traceability.
• Generate and maintain cGMP documentation for material receipts and deliveries.
• Conduct routine internal material deliveries to business units.
• Support cycle counts and inventory verification tasks.
• Maintain warehouse organization and readiness, including filing and space upkeep.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes using lean principles.
