Germer International - Pharmaceutical Recruiting is seeking a Warehouse/Logistics Associate to support receiving, inventory management, and internal material deliveries. This role collaborates with Supply Chain teams to ensure accurate receipt, processing, and movement of materials in a cGMP environment.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and about 6 months of warehouse experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP or ERP systems.

Aufgaben

• Receive, verify, and process inbound material and equipment deliveries, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with site procedures and cGMP requirements.
• Perform material and equipment handling, storage, and delivery activities to ensure materials and equipment are properly identified, stored, and available for operational use.
• Execute material receipt and inventory transactions within inventory management systems to maintain accurate inventory records and material traceability.
• Generate and maintain cGMP documentation associated with inbound material receipt and internal material deliveries.
• Perform routine internal material / equipment deliveries to business units.
• Support inventory control activities, including cycle counts and inventory verification tasks.
• Maintain warehouse organization and operational readiness, including documentation filing, workspace organization, and general facility upkeep.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, applying lean principles that can streamline warehouse activities and increase operational efficiency.

The Warehouse/ Logistics Associate supports warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and delivery of materials and equipment to end users. This role collaborates with Supply Chain team members, including Planning, Procurement, and Warehouse/Logistics, as well as internal business units and suppliers to ensure the accurate and timely receipt, processing, and movement of materials.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Receive, verify, and process inbound material and equipment deliveries, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with site procedures and cGMP requirements.
• Perform material and equipment handling, storage, and delivery activities to ensure materials and equipment are properly identified, stored, and available for operational use.
