Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a Training and Development Coordinator to collaborate with operational leaders to design, implement, and deliver compliant training programs across all departments, including New Hire Orientation, OJT, and cGMP training.

The role administers the LMS and maintains training records while developing curricula and assessments to close skill gaps and support employee growth in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience training and development.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in design, implementation, and management of training programs with proper documentation.
• Collaborate with department leaders to identify needs and refine plans and assessments.
• Develop and deliver engaging sessions across classroom, virtual, and hands-on formats.
• Serve as LMS/Training Dashboard/Quality Management System administrator and maintain records.
• Audit training plans and records to ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
