Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in related area or science degree meeting CFR 493.1489.
• GMP knowledge and understanding of quality management practices.

Responsibilities

• Train laboratory staff and assess competency; document outcomes.
• Coordinate scheduling, planning, and evaluation of training programs.
• Maintain training records in the learning management system.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback to managers.
