Job summary

Custom Processing Services, Inc. is seeking a Building 3 Plant Manager to steer the business by delivering strategic planning and managing day-to-day activities in Reading.

The role emphasizes People, Customer, and CPS focus, requiring strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills to meet revenue and budget goals while coordinating with SME teams and other plant managers to deliver the optimal corporate plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Engineering with at least 3 years in manufacturing leadership or a related field with 10 years in leadership.
• Experience with cGMP manufacturing, preferably in leadership roles.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral; strong teamwork and training abilities.
• Willingness to work in a 24/7 manufacturing operation and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production meetings and communicate short and long-term operating targets.
• Ensure cGMP compliance and optimize output while protecting Health & Safety and product quality.
• Collaborate with EHS, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, Planning, and Engineering to meet the manufacturing plan.
• Oversee direct and indirect reports and provide regular performance feedback aligned with goals.
