Maker's Pride seeks a seasoned production leader to oversee all phases of plant manufacturing on a scheduled shift and line. You will manage labor and materials efficiently while ensuring quality and safety standards.

The role requires extensive experience in high-speed manufacturing, GMP compliance, and strong leadership across multi-shift teams. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, with a robust track record in cost control and production planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of overall hourly or salary leadership experience in manufacturing.
• 3+ years of multi-shift salaried leadership experience in a high-speed manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train staff, hire, schedule, and discipline per policy.
• Oversee conversion of raw materials to finished products with focus on waste and labor cost.
• Ensure GMP compliance and safety regulations across operations.
• Plan production operations and prioritize schedules to meet delivery dates.
• Review data and resolve operational issues to prevent delays and improve performance.
