Qualifications

• BS in Chemical Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 8 years in chemical manufacturing with leadership experience; 10+ preferred.
• Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations (PSM) required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure plant compliance with environmental, safety, health regulations and requirements.
• Manufacture products at high quality using cost-effective and productive methods.
• Develop department managers through goal setting, training, and accountability.
• Prepare and manage plant annual budget goals from departmental objectives.
• Maintain morale and communication with plant staff and operations leaders.
