Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking a Real Estate Legal (REL) Coordinator in Rosemead, CA. You will provide broad administrative support to the REL team, manage document execution/notarization, maintain databases, and help improve processes while coordinating store leases and related tasks.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least one year of work experience, and paralegal certification preparation is preferred. A Food Handler’s Card within 30 days is required.
TheReal Estate Legal (\"REL\")Coordinator performs a broad range of administrative support to the entire Real Estate Legal (\"REL\") team, such as scanning and distributing documents, distributing mail, coordinating the execution and notarization of legal documents, creating/preparing reports and entering and maintaining the database.This position also helps the REL improve its administrative processes and reduce administrative costs.

Pay Range: P1 $29-$40.50/ hour
