You will build a network with national tenants, work with local brokers on rent comps, and prepare pro-formas and projections with the Sr. Real Estate Manager. The role offers a hybrid work schedule and a comprehensive benefits package.
Summary of Job Description:
The CFT Associate Leasing Manager position negotiates LOIs, leases and lease renewals and performs related activities. This position reviews tenant credit, business plan and business financials. The CFT Associate Leasing Manager also builds a network with national/regional tenants and works with local brokers to determine market rent comps and tenant mix.

Pay Range:P3: $90,000 - $126,500 / Annual
* Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
