PDC is seeking a Chief Financial Officer - Non-Gaming/Investments to provide strategic financial leadership for diversification and non-gaming operations. You will identify, analyze, and execute investment opportunities, oversee valuation, M&A, capital markets, and portfolio management, while coordinating with the Pechanga Tribal Council and executive leadership.

Qualifications

• MBA or MS in Finance required; CPA designation strongly preferred.
• Minimum ten (10) years of progressive experience in corporate finance, risk management, or CFO roles with emphasis on complex transactions and capital markets.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully completing transactions exceeding $10 million.
