Job summary

PDC, a tribal enterprise, seeks a Chief Financial Officer for Non-Gaming/Investments to guide investment strategy and financial leadership. You will direct due diligence, valuation, and capital-structure decisions across diverse opportunities while reporting to the Board and Tribal leadership.

The role requires executive-level experience in corporate finance, risk management, and complex transactions, with a track record of multi-million dollar deals.

Qualifications

• MBA or MS in Finance required; CPA designation strongly preferred.
• Minimum ten (10) years of progressive experience in corporate finance, risk management, or CFO roles with emphasis on complex transactions and capital markets.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully completing transactions exceeding $10 million.

Responsibilities

• Lead due diligence for acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
• Develop financial models for business valuation and capital structure optimization.
• Structure complex transactions including growth equity, debt financing, and derivative instruments.
• Oversee performance of diversified investment portfolio and manage risk frameworks.
• Structure and negotiate financing arrangements with institutional investors and firms.
• Ensure GAAP/SEC compliance and coordinate with external auditors.
• Present analyses to Board of Directors and Tribal Council; prepare variance analyses for stakeholders.
• Lead integration of subsidiaries and strategic acquisitions; drive long-term planning.
• Implement advanced financial systems and analytics to support decision-making.
