Job summary

Kite Pharma is seeking a driven intern for the CFO IT team to contribute to high‑impact projects and gain real-world experience at a leading biotech company. This role blends finance and IT responsibilities in a hybrid setting, with opportunities for professional development and leadership exposure.

The internship runs 10–12 weeks between May and August, requiring full‑time enrollment in a relevant degree program and strong problem‑solving skills.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled full-time in a US college or university, with continued enrollment in Fall following internship.
• Must be currently undergraduate or graduate/doctoral student.
• Minimum GPA 2.8 at application/hire; transcripts may be requested.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Full-time internship lasting 10–12 weeks between May and August.
• Hybrid work arrangement; fully remote roles are not offered.

Responsibilities

• Deviation and CAPA management within Kite Pharma's QMS system.
• Completion of Periodic Reviews for IT systems as required by Kite Pharma processes.
• Creating and/or modifying SOPs for IT systems that support Kite Pharma operations.
• Project work related to IT and finance.
• Showcase your work with a final presentation (PPT) near internship conclusion.
