Job summary

Kite Development - Med Affairs internship offers exposure to strategy and communications for cell therapy. You will contribute to scientific content, assist in coordinating medical education initiatives, and support the Medical Affairs team across multiple programs.

The role is hybrid, with requirements for full-time enrollment in a U.S. degree program, 10–12 weeks between May and August, and a minimum GPA of 2.8. Preference for candidates with strong MS Office skills and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled full-time in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA, JD or PhD program in the U.S.
• Minimum GPA of 2.8 at application/hire time.
• Must be independently authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Hybrid internship; full-time for 10–12 weeks between May and August.

Responsibilities

• Scientific and medical content creation: assist in developing internal/external materials
• Collaborate with Strategy Team: track initiatives and provide coverage when needed
• Support medical education initiatives: help plan advisory boards, congresses, webinars
• Assist in review/approval of promotional/medical materials per Kite standards
• Engage with Medical Affairs and partner functions to gain drug development exposure
• Present final work (PPT) near internship end
