Job summary

Kite Pharma seeks an Intern - CFO - IT (Cell Therapy) to contribute to IT governance, CAPA management within the QMS, and SOP development. The role offers exposure to leadership development and professional events in a world-class biopharma setting.

The internship is full-time, 10–12 weeks, hybrid at Santa Monica, CA, with on-site work and opportunities to network and showcase work. Strong MS Office skills and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled full-time in a U.S. college/university in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA, JD or PhD program.
• Must be at least 18 years old at start of internship.
• Must be currently enrolled as an undergrad or grad student.
• Minimum GPA 2.8 at application time.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without future sponsorship.
• Full-time internship lasting 10–12 weeks between May and August.
• Hybrid internship; not fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Deviation and CAPA management within Kite Pharma's QMS system.
• Complete Periodic Reviews for IT systems.
• Create/modify SOPs for IT systems supporting Kite Pharma operations.
• Engage in project work as assigned.
• Present final results and learnings via a presentation.
