Job summary

Blue Signal Search is seeking a Chief Financial Officer in Atlanta to lead finance for an emerging infrastructure developer at a pivotal growth stage. You will build the finance function from scratch, partner with the Founder and CEO on capital strategy, and interact directly with investors, lenders, and the board to drive long-term value.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience with executive-level responsibility in capital-intensive businesses.
• Experience supporting large-scale digital infrastructure, hyperscale computing, energy infrastructure, or asset-intensive industries.
• Demonstrated success leading project finance transactions with institutional lenders and investment partners.
• Strong background in capital markets, infrastructure finance, financial modeling, and corporate strategy.
• Experience building finance organizations, processes, and governance in high-growth companies.
• Excellent communication and executive leadership with investor/board presentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of corporate finance, including financial planning, treasury, reporting, governance, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Structure and execute complex financing transactions supporting large infrastructure development initiatives.
• Develop scalable financial systems, internal controls, treasury operations, and reporting processes.
• Direct sophisticated financial modeling for investment analysis, capital allocation, and long-term planning.
• Manage relationships with institutional investors, lenders, financial partners, and external advisors.
• Serve as executive financial advisor to CEO and leadership; support board reporting and strategic initiatives.
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance organization; ensure compliance and enterprise risk management.
