Job summary

NorthPoint Search Group is seeking a Chief Financial Officer for a confidential search in the Atlanta area. The role partners with the CEO to drive growth, capital strategy, and multi-entity financial leadership during an aggressive expansion phase.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years of progressive finance leadership, CPA, and strong M&A/private equity experience. This is a confidential executive search with comprehensive benefits and an executive bonus program.

Qualifications

• Understands complex finance leadership across multiple entities.
• Strong communication and executive presence at the board level.
• Experience guiding capital planning, budgeting and forecasting in growth environments.
• Proven track record in M&A, private equity, and capital markets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the CEO's strategic financial partner.
• Develop long-term financial strategy and capital planning.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation.
• Build scalable financial infrastructure across operating entities.
• Develop executive reporting and KPI dashboards.
• Evaluate acquisition opportunities and lead integration.
