Blue Signal Search is seeking a Chief Financial Officer in Atlanta to lead finance for an emerging infrastructure developer at a pivotal growth stage. You will build the finance function from scratch, partner with the Founder and CEO on capital strategy, and interact directly with investors, lenders, and the board to drive long-term value.

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience with executive-level responsibility in capital-intensive businesses.
• Experience supporting large-scale digital infrastructure, hyperscale computing, energy infrastructure, or asset-intensive industries.
• Demonstrated success leading project finance transactions with institutional lenders and investment partners.
• Strong background in capital markets, infrastructure finance, financial modeling, and corporate strategy.
• Experience building finance organizations, processes, and governance in high-growth companies.
• Excellent communication and executive leadership with investor/board presentation experience.

• Structure and execute complex financing transactions supporting large infrastructure development initiatives.
• Develop scalable financial systems, internal controls, treasury operations, and reporting processes.
• Direct sophisticated financial modeling for investment analysis, capital allocation, and long-term planning.
• Manage relationships with institutional investors, lenders, financial partners, and external advisors.
• Serve as executive financial advisor to CEO and leadership; support board reporting and strategic initiatives.
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance organization; ensure compliance and enterprise risk management.

CFO Location: Atlanta, GA An emerging infrastructure developer is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join its executive leadership team during a pivotal stage of growth. This organization is creating large scale, power-enabled infrastructure designed to support the rapidly expanding AI and cloud computing markets. Backed by a well-capitalized institutional investment platform, the company offers a unique opportunity to influence strategy, secure transformational capital, and establish the financial foundation for long-term growth. Reporting directly to the Founder and CEO, this executive will build the finance function from the ground up while partnering with investors, lenders, and leadership to execute an ambitious development strategy. • 15 or more years of progressive finance leadership experience, including executive-level responsibility within capital-intensive businesses.
• Experience supporting large-scale digital infrastructure, hyperscale computing environments, energy infrastructure, or similarly complex asset-intensive industries.
• Demonstrated success leading project finance transactions involving institutional lenders and investment partners.
• Strong background in capital markets, infrastructure finance, financial modeling, and corporate strategy.
• Experience building finance organizations, processes, and governance frameworks in high-growth companies.
• Excellent communication and executive leadership skills with experience presenting to investors and boards.
• MBA, CPA, or equivalent financial credentials preferred. Ideal Background
