Job summary

International Justice Mission (IJM) seeks a Chief Financial Officer to lead global finance, strategy, and operations from its Washington, DC area hybrid role. Qualifications

• Graduate degree in business management or equivalent
• Minimum of 10 years in strategic financial leadership
• Experience in multi-entity, nonprofit or mission-driven organizations
• Strong governance, risk management and audit oversight experience

Responsibilities

• Advise COO on fiscal health, strategic financial structure, and budget performance
• Lead and develop a high-performing global finance team
• Oversee external auditors, NICRA and statutory filings
• Develop and implement global financial policies, controls, and processes
• Provide timely, accurate financial reporting and analytics to leadership and board
