Job summary
Boston Consulting Group seeks Experts in Expert Consultant or Expert Project Leader roles to advance CFO Excellence initiatives. You will join our CFOx team, partnering with CFOs to reimagine finance operating models, unlock advanced analytics and AI, and drive transformative value across clients.
You will join a BCG team, own workstreams end-to-end, collaborate with clients, and grow your expertise within the firm.
Qualifications
- 5-10+ years of experience in finance and related topics.
- Previous consulting experience is required.
- Experience in finance transformation programs including operating model redesign and process re-engineering.
- Experience with finance technology stacks and data architecture.
- Strong consulting skills and willingness to learn and grow.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive mindset with a collaborative style.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end responsibility for a workstream within a BCG project.
- Understand client issues, create strategies for change and gain buy-in.
- Collaborate with colleagues on complex client issues and share insights.
- Develop and grow your expertise area within BCG.
- Support and execute case work across engagements.
- Lead and supervise project activities and deliver relevant insights.
