Job summary

Boston Consulting Group seeks Expert Consultants and Expert Project Leaders to join our CFO Excellence team. You will partner with CFOs to reimagine finance operating models, enable analytics, and drive transformative value across the organization.

You will work with clients to understand issues, develop strategies, and gain buy-in while collaborating with colleagues on complex problems. Expect end-to-end responsibility for workstreams and a focus on growing your expertise within BCG.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of experience in finance across topics such as finance function effectiveness, CFO advisory, FP&A, process and policy, technology, operations, organizational structure and strategy, and/or transformation.
• Previous consulting experience is required.
• Proven experience with finance transformation programs including operating model redesign, process re-engineering, technology enablement, shared services, finance technology, budgeting, management reporting and BI.

• Work with clients to understand issues, develop strategies for change, and secure buy-in for your recommendations while collaborating with colleagues on complex client issues.
