Boston Consulting Group seeks an Expert Consultant or Project Leader to join our CFO Excellence team in the United States. You will drive finance operating model redesigns, analytics, and AI-enabled value for leading clients, partnering with CFOs to transform finance functions.

You will own end-to-end workstreams, collaborate with clients, and deliver actionable insights, while mentoring colleagues and expanding your expertise within BCG.

Qualifikationen

• 5–10+ years of finance experience across CFO advisory, FP&A, transformation.
• Previous consulting experience is required.
• Proven experience in finance transformation programs including operating model redesign, process re-engineering, technology enablement, and BI/AI.
• Experience in finance technology stacks, data architecture, and working with finance systems.

• Lead and manage workstreams within CFO Excellence projects; supervise teams and deliver insights.
• Collaborate with clients to understand issues and win buy-in for recommendations.
• Develop actionable recommendations and mentor junior colleagues while delivering case work.
• Oversee project delivery, client relationships, and knowledge sharing within BCG.
