Job summary
Boston Consulting Group in the United States is seeking Expert Consultant or Expert Project Leader to join our CFO Excellence team. You will help reimagine finance operating models, unlock the power of advanced analytics and AI, and drive transformative value across client organizations.
You will work closely with clients to understand issues, define strategies, and lead end-to-end workstreams within a project.
Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of finance experience across multiple topics relevant to corporate finance and transformation.
- Previous consulting experience is required.
- Experience in finance transformation programs including operating model redesign and budgeting.
- Experience with finance technology stacks and data architecture.
- Strong consulting skills with a willingness to learn and grow.
Responsibilities
- Work on finance transformation programs including operating model redesign and technology enablement.
- Collaborate with clients to understand issues, develop strategies, and gain buy-in.
- Lead and supervise workstreams, develop insights, and build domain expertise within BCG.
