Job summary

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking experienced professionals for the CFO Excellence team, with roles as Expert Consultant or Expert Project Leader. You will join a team that helps CFOs modernize finance operating models, unlock analytics and AI, and drive strategic value across organizations.

You will lead workstreams, collaborate with clients, and mentor teams while shaping finance transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years in finance across CFO advisory, FP&A, transformation and related areas.
• Previous consulting experience is required.
• Experience in finance transformation programs: operating model redesign, process re-engineering, technology enablement, shared services, budgeting and BI.

Responsibilities

• Join a BCG team and take end-to-end responsibility for a workstream within a project.
• Work with clients to understand issues, develop strategies, and gain buy-in for recommendations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver deep insights and expand your area of expertise within BCG.
• Oversee project activities and contribute to client relationships and problem-solving.
