Boston Consulting Group is seeking Expert Consultants and Expert Project Leaders in the United States to join our CFO Excellence team, focusing on transforming finance operating models and unlocking the power of analytics and AI. You will work with CFOs to deliver strategic value across the organization.

As an Expert Consultant, you will join a BCG team to own end-to-end workstreams, collaborate with clients, and deepen your expertise within finance.

Qualifikationen

• 5-10+ years of experience in finance including finance function effectiveness, CFO advisory, FP&A, and transformation.
• Previous consulting experience is required.
• Experience in finance transformation programs including operating model redesign, process re-engineering, and technology enablement.
• Experience in finance technology stacks, data architecture, and process optimization.
• Strong consulting skill set with a demonstrated willingness to learn and grow.
• Entrepreneurial, driven, and proactive mindset with a strong work ethic.
• Collaborative working style with a proven ability to team across BCG and with clients.
• Ability to build trust and rapport with clients by deeply understanding their business.

Aufgaben

• Provide end-to-end workstream leadership on projects within the CFO Excellence domain.
• Work closely with clients to understand issues, develop strategies, and gain buy-in for recommendations.
• Share deep expertise and help grow your area of specialization within BCG.
• Support and execute case work with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
