Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of management consulting, finance transformation expertise, and strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; 10+ years of management consulting experience.
• Experience leading large teams; strong finance/ERP process knowledge.
• Experience with finance transformation and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Provides solutions to complex business problems with deep knowledge of organizational objectives.
• Involved in setting strategic direction to establish near-term goals for the area.
• Interacts with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, negotiating significant matters.
• Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments with lasting impact.
• Manages large teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture.
