Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior leader in Strategy & Consulting to guide CFO-Enterprise Value initiatives, drive strategic direction, and lead large cross-functional teams on complex financial transformations. The role emphasizes analytics, ERP integration, and governance across enterprise finance platforms.

Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in management consulting, strong leadership, and experience with finance transformation, planning, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of 10 years of management consulting experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience leading/managing a large team.
• Experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (Budgeting, Planning, Forecasting or Management Reporting).
• Experience with advanced enterprise planning and scenario modeling.
• Experience with finance process and/or system program management.
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes and leading practices.

Responsibilities

• Provides solutions to complex business problems for areas of responsibility with in-depth knowledge of objectives.
• Involved in setting strategic direction to establish near-term goals for area of responsibility.
• Interacts with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, influencing on significant matters.
• Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments.
• Manages large teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture.
