Job summary

Accenture in the United States seeks a senior finance transformation leader to partner with CFOs and finance executives. You will guide innovative strategies, optimize processes, and implement technologies to drive profitability and growth across client enterprises.

You will lead teams, manage complex programs, and engage with clients to ensure successful delivery and measurable value across finance operations, reporting, and consolidation disciplines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of finance management consulting experience.
• Minimum 5 years of functional experience in Finance operations (e.g., Close, Reporting, Consolidations).
• Minimum 3 years of experience with leading finance ERP/EPM platforms (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Anaplan, OneStream).
• Minimum 3 years leading projects or small-mid size teams (10–15 people).
• Solid understanding of finance process best practices (designing finance, accounting, planning, forecasting).
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with clients and document requirements.

Responsibilities

• Help clients modernize finance functions by setting vision, strategy, goals, and outcomes.
• Identify challenges and provide solutions using leading practices.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Advisor to drive business development.
• Manage risk, project economics, and client buy-in.
• Be a trusted advisor to leadership and encourage team innovation.
• Create blueprints using advanced operating models and technologies.
• Oversee digital transformations to drive efficiency, experience, and growth.
