Qualifications

• Progressive senior finance leadership culminating in CFO or equivalent enterprise responsibility.
• Deep command of project-based construction or engineered-to-order manufacturing economics.
• Experience supporting investor-funded startups or capital-intensive growth companies.

Responsibilities

• Establish reliable financial operating system across two companies with clear entity-level accountability.
• Strengthen project and manufacturing economics, including WIP, billings, and revenue recognition.
