Job summary

Brayman Construction seeks an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join the leadership team and guide financial strategy through a period of succession planning. The incoming CFO will work directly with the current CFO during a transition, gaining intimate knowledge of operations, systems, and key external relationships.

The role calls for a leader with at least ten years of relevant experience, CPA or MBA, and deep expertise in accounting, treasury, tax concepts, and financial reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or business required.
• CPA, MBA, or equivalent advanced credential preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership, CFO level experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Corporate Accounting/Finance teams across multiple entities.
• Oversee consolidation, reporting, and internal controls across holdings.
• Drive treasury, cash management, banking relationships, and capital structure.
• Provide strategic financial advice to CEO and senior management.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
