Brayman Construction is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to join the leadership team and guide the organization's financial strategy across multiple subsidiaries. The incoming CFO will work closely with the current CFO during a transition period to ensure continuity and deepen familiarity with the company’s operations, systems, and external relationships.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in senior finance roles, CPA or MBA, and strong skills in accounting, treasury, tax concepts,

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required.
• CPA or MBA or other advanced credential preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive financial management including senior finance/CFO exposure.

Responsabilidades

• Lead corporate accounting, treasury, and financial reporting for multiple entities.
• Align financial strategy with corporate objectives and advise CEO/senior leadership.
• Oversee construction project costing, revenue recognition, and WIP reporting.
• Manage banking relationships, liquidity, and debt facilities.
• Coordinate year-end audits, tax compliance, and external reporting.
