• 5+ years of senior financial leadership experience, ideally in the healthcare, technology, or telehealth sectors.
• Demonstrated success in financial strategy, capital management, and operational efficiency.
• Strong understanding of healthcare finance, including regulatory environments and reimbursement models.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA or CPA preferred.
