Qualifications

• MBA, CPA or other advanced financial credential required.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience, including at least 1 year as CFO.
• Experience leading finance operations in a multi-site healthcare organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's financial strategy to enable growth and profitability.
• Lead accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, tax, audit, and internal controls.
• Oversee financial reporting processes for accuracy and timeliness; manage cash flow and debt obligations.
• Drive cost optimization and process improvements; partner with leaders to evaluate growth opportunities and investments.
• Lead adoption of AI, automation, and analytics to improve forecasting and decision-making.
