Job summary

Fairstead seeks a Chief Financial Officer to drive financial and operational strategy across its national platform. You will own corporate financial planning, capital strategy, and the systems infrastructure to support a growing, tech-forward affordable housing platform.

Reporting to the CEO, the role requires deep expertise in corporate finance, FP&A, AI-driven analytics, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive financial leadership experience at the enterprise level.
• Strong hands-on experience with FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting.
• Meaningful experience with AI and automation applied to financial workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead Fairstead's corporate financial strategy and planning across all business lines.
• Own annual budgeting, multi-year forecasting, and scenario planning.
• Build and manage corporate reporting and dashboards for informed decision making.
• Partner with IT to ensure data integrity and measurable ROI of technology investments.
