Position Summary

We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and future partner to lead the company’s financial strategy, operations, and growth initiatives. This is a pivotal role for a finance executive who thrives in both strategic leadership and hands‑on operational finance.

As the demographics dramatically shift in their favor, we are looking for a servant leader who can maximize the company’s resources and excellent reputation to put it in a strong position financially for future growth. The ideal candidate is a seasoned CFO who has scaled healthcare service platforms through organic growth and M&A. While knowledge of government reimbursement is valued, the company prioritizes an investor and owner mindset focused on maximizing cash flow and long‑term financial strength.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic financial leadership
  • Partner with the CEO and Executive Team to drive long‑term growth strategy.
  • Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
  • Oversee cash flow, capital structure, and lender/investor relationships.
  • Lead due diligence, integration, and financial modeling for M&A transactions.
  • Build and mentor a high‑performing finance and accounting team.
  • Bring in software, technology, and innovation to automate as many processes as possible, with a focus on AI.
  • Assess and restructure the team where necessary to optimize efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal healthcare reimbursement regulations.
  • Establish scalable systems, KPIs, and reporting for a multi‑state organization.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred).
  • 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years as a CFO in healthcare services.
  • Experience in post‑acute care, home health, hospice, or senior living is preferred.
  • Proven success leading M&A, integrations, and multi‑entity reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategic initiatives with hands‑on leadership.
  • Deep understanding of government reimbursement and payer mix management.
