Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Manager for the CFO Accounting Advisory practice to help CFOs, Controllers and Finance Directors improve financial reporting processes and add business value. The role focuses on GAAP advisory, analytics, and process improvements across diverse industries.

The successful candidate will lead engagements, mentor staff, and build client relationships while working in a collaborative, high-performing team across the country.

Qualifications

• 6+ years' experience in a large accounting firm in audit or financial advisory
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related
• Certified public accountant (CPA) or CMA
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach

Responsabilités

• Actively participate in projects across GAAP Advisory, Business Analytics and Decision Support, Financial Accounting Advisory Services, Transaction Support, and Program/Project Management
• Supervise, develop and train staff on engagements
• Interact with senior managers and partners on client and engagement matters
• Strengthen client relationships and explore new business opportunities
• Travel approx. 25% and work in a hybrid environment
