Baker Tilly is seeking a Senior Consultant to join the Financial Advisory Services practice within the CFO Advisory team. Our practice helps CFOs, Controllers, and Finance Directors improve financial reporting and performance through analytics and process improvements.

We serve a diverse client base across industries and offer a collaborative, high-performing environment. The role requires 2+ years in a large accounting firm, CPA preferred, and proficiency with Power BI/Tableau and mid-market

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in a large accounting firm in audit or financial advisory service line.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Power BI and/or Tableau experience a plus.
• Exposure to QuickBooks, NetSuite, Intacct and related financial software, with data consolidation and analytics focus.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in projects across Finance Performance Improvement, Analytics and Decision Support, and Financial Accounting Advisory Services.
• Interact with managers and partners on client and engagement matters.
• Support recruiting and campus initiatives and contribute to client service excellence.
• Travel up to 25% and thrive in a hybrid work environment.
