Highspring LLC (d/b/a Vaco by Highspring) seeks a strong finance leader to oversee all financial operations in New York. You will be responsible for accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, internal controls, and financial strategy, with hands-on leadership in a lean finance environment.

You will own P&L, manage month-end close, develop KPI models, and collaborate with the owner and executives on strategic decisions, banking relationships, and external CPA

Qualifications

• 10-20 years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience.
• P&L ownership including budgeting, forecasting, and margin management.
• Strong cash flow management, banking relationships, and internal controls.
• Hands-on nuts and bolts experience in a lean finance department.
• Excellent communication and ability to work with executives and outside advisors.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA and/or MBA preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work directly with executives, ownership, clients, and outside advisors.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA and/or MBA preferred
