StandardAero, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Operations (CFM56 Sub-Shops) to lead and coordinate repair, overhaul and remanufacturing activities within a defined production group, ensuring quality and output goals are met.

You will provide leadership in day-to-day production planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management, with emphasis on safety and continuous improvement. The role requires strong planning and communication skills, several years in turbine engine maintenance, and

Formación

• Strong planning, organizational, analytical, leadership and communication abilities.
• Project management experience in manufacturing environments.
• Experience with turbine engine maintenance/production is preferred.
• US work authorization is required.

Responsabilidades

• Directs production planning and scheduling aligned with demand and material availability.
• Leads day-to-day production objectives, scheduling, budgeting and resource planning.
• Monitors yields and adjusts to meet delivery schedules.
• Collaborates with production, supply, sales, engineering and service teams to achieve goals.
• Establishes policies to achieve the business unit's operating goals.
• Performs capacity planning for equipment and space.
• Fosters problem-solving and continuous improvement within the group.
• Tracks performance and manages capital expenditures within budget.
