Job summary

Turbine Engine Solutions is seeking an organized Engine Shop Coordinator to lead daily maintenance activities for the CFM56-3/5/7 engine families in our Miami, FL facility. You will coordinate workflow, track deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of engine parts and components.

The role requires hands-on jet engine maintenance experience, familiarity with FAA Part 145, and collaboration with QA and production teams to meet safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Hands-on jet engine maintenance experience with CFM56-3/5/7 series engines.
• Familiarity with FAA Part 145 regulations and MRO safety standards.
• Proficiency with aviation maintenance software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Workflow coordination to meet project deadlines for CFM56-3/5/7 engines.
• Collaborate with QA and production to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specs.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with procurement of parts for CFM56 variants.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and regulatory documentation of all shop activities.
• Conduct regular production meetings and provide updates to management on project status.
