Job summary

CareFinders Total Care in Pennington, New Jersey seeks RN/LPNs for in-home pediatric care. You will work one-on-one with children with autism, seizure disorders, developmental delays, or feeding tube needs, delivering skilled nursing, comfort, and support to families in their homes. Must hold an active RN or LPN license and CPR/BLS certification. New graduates welcome; pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in a home setting
• Monitor the child’s health, safety, and overall condition
• Administer medications and perform routine treatments
• Provide seizure awareness and response (training available if needed)
• Assist with mobility, positioning, and daily care needs
• Complete clinical documentation and progress notes
• Communicate changes, concerns, and updates with parents and care team
• Support individualized care planning and ongoing updates (as applicable in home care model)
• Offer comfort, engagement, and emotional reassurance throughout care

CareFinders Total Care is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for in-home pediatric care.

Work one-on-one with children who have autism, seizure disorders, developmental delays, or feeding tube needs—providing skilled nursing care, comfort, and support that truly makes a difference for families.
