Job summary

CareFinders Total Care in Pennington is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for in-home pediatric care. You will work one-on-one with children with autism, seizure disorders, developmental delays, or feeding tube needs, delivering skilled nursing care, comfort, and family support.

Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring health, and documenting care while collaborating with families and the care team. Flexible shifts and ample training provided.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license (state-specific).
• Willingness to work in Pennington.
• Pediatric experience preferred, not required.
• New graduates welcome.
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Comfortable caring for children with developmental and complex medical needs.
• Dependable, patient, and attentive bedside manner.

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in a home setting.
• Monitor health, safety, and overall condition of the child.
• Administer medications and perform routine treatments.
• Provide seizure awareness and response (training provided if needed).
• Assist with mobility, positioning, and daily care needs.
• Complete clinical documentation and progress notes.
• Communicate changes with parents and the care team.
• Support individualized care planning and updates.
• Offer comfort, engagement, and emotional reassurance during care.
