Job summary

CareFinders Total Care is hiring RN and LPN caregivers for in-home pediatric care in Freehold, New Jersey. You will work one-on-one with children who have autism, seizure disorders, developmental delays, or feeding tube needs, delivering skilled nursing care and compassionate support to families.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license (state-specific).
• Willingness to work in Freehold, NJ.
• Pediatric experience preferred, not required.

• Comfortable providing care for children with developmental/complex medical needs.
• Dependable, patient bedside manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in a home setting.
• Monitor health, safety, and overall condition of the child.
• Administer medications and routine treatments.
• Complete clinical documentation and progress notes.
• Communicate changes and updates with parents and care team.
• Support individualized care planning and ongoing updates as applicable.

Pay Range: LPN $35-$36/ RN- $45-$46

Immediate Availability in Freehold-Saturdays: Flexible 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM andSundays: Flexible 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM, 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM, or 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide one‑on‑one skilled nursing care in a home setting
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting patients; operating medical equipment; bending, reaching, positioning; occasional patient transfers or lifting; exposure to healthcare environments.
• Monitor the child’s health, safety, and overall condition
• Administer medications and perform routine treatments
• Provide seizure awareness and response (training available if needed)
• Assist with mobility, positioning, and daily care needs
• Complete clinical documentation and progress notes
• Communicate changes, concerns, and updates with parents and care team
• Support individualized care planning and ongoing updates (as applicable in home care model)
• Offer comfort, engagement, and emotional reassurance throughout care
