Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for instructional technologies (e.g., LMS like D2L Brightspace).
• Create and edit multimedia resources and assist with events and programs.
• Support CETL communications, branding, and accessibility best practices.
• Assist with maintaining digital spaces and basic reporting for CETL initiatives.
• Contribute to growth toward instructional design and faculty support roles.
