We are looking for Certified Workday HCM and Financials - Configuration and Technical Integrations - Consultants, of all skill levels to join us in supporting our customers. From a couple years of Workday deployment/support experience, to; Senior, Principal, Architect & Managing level professionals. We are passionate about working with system experts that are ambitious in driving solutions for customers, allowing them to maximize their Workday investment.

What We’re Looking For

• Two (2) plus years of experience in Workday HCM Deployment and Post-Production support including HCM specialties such as Core HCM, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Compensation, Talent & Performance, Learning, Integrations, Reporting, Extend, Adaptive Planning
• Supporting/Leading Workday HCM configurations for customers of all sizes, of increasing complexity levels
• Gathering requirements, design, and testing of Workday HCM solutions
• Two (2) plus years of experience in Workday Financials Deployment and Post-Production support including FINS specialties such as Core Financials, Supply Chain, Assets, Grants Management, Inventory, Cash Management, Audit and Controls, Billing and Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Revenue Management, Financials Reporting and Analytics, Projects, Expenses, Procurement, Accounting Center, Prism, Adaptive Planning
• Supporting/Leading Workday Financials configurations for customers of all sizes, of increasing complexity levels
• Two (2) plus years of experience in Workday Integrations, including Deployment and/or Post-Production support including specialties in: Core Connectors, Cloud Connects, EIBs, Studio, Extend, PRISM, PECI, PICOF, WECI, etc.
• Supporting/Leading Workday Integrations for customers of all sizes, of increasing complexity levels
• Gathering requirements, design, and testing of Workday Financials solutions
• Passion for exceptional customer service and customer collaboration
• Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with customers
• Consultative and thoughtful engagement, not an “order taker”
• Focused efforts to provide training and knowledge transfer to customer teams
• Full time and Part time roles available
• Roles available for current and former Workday Partner firm consultants, along with professionals with strong customer side experience

Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)

• Work with customers to support Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) configuration and business processes
• Work with customers to support Workday Financials (FINS) configuration and business processes
• Advise, define, configure and implement business processes and structure, in alignment with customer’s business objectives and needs, enhancing customers’ experience and Workday value
• Actively participate in knowledge transfer and customer training to share one’s skills and learnings
• Configuration within the Workday application
