TEAM, Inc. is seeking a Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) to perform quality control and code-compliance

Qualifications

• High attention to detail with strong QA/QC knowledge.
• Ability to review WPS, PQR, and WQTR records accurately.
• Experience with AWS D1.1, ASME IX, API codes and standards.
• Willingness to travel and work in field environments.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual welding inspections to AWS D1.1, ASME IX, API codes or project-specific criteria.
• Review welding procedures (WPS), PQR, and welder qualification test records (WQTR).
• Monitor welding activities to ensure adherence to procedures and standards.
• Coordinate with NDT personnel to support UT, RT, MT, PT testing.
• Generate inspection reports, weld maps, and deficiency logs.
• Witness welder qualification tests and maintain welder logs.
• Interface with client QA/QC personnel, fabricators, and engineers.
• Adhere to safety protocols and TEAM’s standards.
