Job summary

The Timken Princeton, WV site is seeking a Fabricator/Welder to support shop operations, fabricate structural forms and perform weld repairs to specified drawings and procedures.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, welding with TIG/MIG/Stick, maintaining weld certifications, and ensuring quality; overtime may be needed to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Must have strong fabrication and welding skills with ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Able to perform TIG, MIG, and Stick welding and ensure weld quality and certifications.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to work from written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Weld and assemble structures and components per drawings and procedures.
• Maintain weld certifications and document processes and inspections.
• Review and process work orders; ensure traceability of materials and compliance with quality system.
• Adhere to safety policies and participate in continuous improvement.
