Job summary

MAPerformance is seeking a Fabricator Welder to support our private label manufacturing division, fabricating and welding air intake tubes, exhaust systems, and related components. Responsibilities include cutting, fitting, welding, and maintaining quality and safety across production lines.

The role requires TIG welding experience, ability to lift up to 30 lbs, and strong problem-solving in a fast-paced team environment. Competitive shifts and growth opportunities are offered in Wrightstown, WI.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous TIG welding experience required.
• Ability to lift and handle parts and operate fabrication equipment.

Responsibilities

• Cut, prep, fit and weld pipes and components per work orders.
• Operate TIG welder, plasma cutter, bandsaw, chop saw and other tools.
• Maintain safety, quality and productivity in a fast-paced environment.
• Keep work area clean and organized; perform equipment maintenance.
