Reliable Testing Services LLC is seeking a Non-Destructive Testing Inspector and Certified Weld Inspector to monitor welded materials and ensure they meet AWS/ASNT standards. Inspect welds at diverse steel sites, using AWS/ASNT methods to approve or reject quality.

The role emphasizes attention to detail and a commitment to high quality standards. The position involves reviewing blueprints, testing samples, and maintaining records while complying with health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a CWI or Level II UT NDT Inspector preferred.
• Understanding of welding and quality control is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review blueprints and instructions to understand quality requirements.
• Select random samples and test using standard methods.
• Approve or reject samples based on quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of testing outcomes.
• Ensure health and safety compliance at all times.
• Assist NDT Technician with inspections of structures and materials.
• Set up and operate equipment for non-destructive testing.
• Identify defects using testing techniques.
• Travel up to 50% of the time; may require long hours and nights.
